About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Antwerp. As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will identify and capitalize on market opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your role involves building strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market potential with existing and new customers.
- Follow up, guide, and monitor applications.
- Advise prospects and customers on our service portfolio.
- Prepare quotations and handle tenders.
- Conduct price negotiations with prospects and customers.
- Conclude sales agreements.
- Manage and optimize prospect/customer relationships.
- Register customer contacts/visits and process them into reports.
- Develop and implement acquisition plans and follow up on mailings and sales leads.
- Identify, record, and communicate market, legislation, sales, and customer developments.
- Develop and implement the annual commercial plan and report on progress.
- Actively contribute to trade fairs and relationship meetings.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Participate actively in work meetings, training, and workshops.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- Customer-friendly, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.
