Position Overview:
This role is designed to oversee regional operations across multiple geographies focusing on management, growth, leadership, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Current Client Management:
- Foster and strengthen relationships with senior management of existing clients.
- Maintain close collaboration with the account's corporate operational leadership.
- Actively seek and implement new business opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Align with global leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and partnership.
- Coordinate customer transitions to new operational and IT strategies for global optimization and automation.
Business Development:
- Focus on acquiring new business in line with strategic goals.
- Regularly review and refine the pipeline list to ensure targeted efforts.
- Establish a prioritized list of potential accounts, including global, regional, and country-specific targets identified by the sales network.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and present detailed business cases, including assumptions, structure, costs, and timelines, to senior management.
System Expertise:
- Gain proficiency in presenting and discussing the company's IT tools and systems.
Team Engagement:
- Mentor and support the team to ensure optimized workflows and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop a region-specific pipeline to support rapid growth.
- Maintain and enhance the sales network pipeline, ensuring the team supports new business development.
Role Description:

- Execute the strategic plan for existing and new customers.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending process improvements.
