Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Greater Saratoga Springs, NY area
A global leader in providing innovative solutions for the electric power industry is looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide cradle-to-grave commercial contract services while ensuring consistency with company policies and practices
- Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts with customers
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliance of contract terms and conditions
- Stay updated on current trends and developments, including UCC and export law
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in contracts environment
- Knowledge of US Export laws, and FAR and DFAR regulations highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to listen, effective interpersonal skills, and strong critical thinking skills
