Title: Demand Planning Manager
Summary: A global materials manufacturer in the retail space is looking to bring on a Demand Planning Manager. This client specializes in high-quality products for sectors like health care, hospitality, and home. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the demand planning processes and forecasting teams.
The Manager's Responsibilities:
- Create monthly demand forecast in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Planning, & Finance
- Adjust and build demand consensus for the S&OP Process and facilitate demand reviews
- Manage inventory to ensure the reduction of obsolete & excess materials
- Ensure forecast aligns with promotional plans, NPD, and seasonal launches
- Monitor forecast error, accuracy, and root cause analysis to improve the demand forecasts
- Analyze historical data and future sales to maintain relevant reports in the S&OP Process
The Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/ Forecasting/ S&OP or related field
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP Systems
- Strong analytic and communication skills
