Job: Sr. Engineering Manager
Location: Del Rio, TX

Responsibilities:
- Oversees a team of 70-80 engineers (ranging from Process Engineers, Tool and Die Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and members of the Metrology team)
- Coordinate with customers to make sure expectations are being met
- Inspire team to make proactive improvements on the manufacturing processes in play
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
Compensation: (DOE) $160,000-$180,000
