Key responsibilities:
- As a manager, you will engage in strategically significant projects focusing on procurement transformation, digitisation, and enterprise-wide transformation.
- Your responsibilities will include advising clients on transformation projects utilising key e-Procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, and Ariba.
- You will stay abreast of market trends and developments, sharing insights internally to shape strategic thought leadership.
- Leveraging your prior experiences and procurement domain expertise, you will provide technical and functional guidance to customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring they remain focused on their objectives and achieve a successful, timely implementation.
- You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, and support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, assisting with scoping prospective engagements, and developing client proposals.
Your profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Procurement department or Procurement consulting
- Proficiency with major e-Procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba) and experience in Procurement Transformation, along with Project Management expertise
- An analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity to critically assess facts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German and other languages is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Switzerland and abroad
