As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and logistics. You will lead a team of supply chain professionals, develop strategies to optimise operations, and ensure the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring employees.
- Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience with supply chain management software and technology solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
