Title: Head of Supply Chain (M/F/D)
DSJ Global is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our client's automotive company as the Head of Supply Chain. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead various departments including order management, production control, purchasing, packaging and factory logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management
- Develop strategies that optimize supply chain efficiency while reducing costs.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Logistics Coordination
- Manage all logistical activities within the organization such as transportation planning & scheduling,
inventory control procedures etc.,
Leadership Skills
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to product development or process improvement efforts across multiple sites/locations
Qualifications Required:
- At least five years experience working in industrial settings managing complex operations functions like Material Planning; Procurement ; Logistics Operations, Production Control .
-A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university required.
-Proven leadership skills demonstrated through prior supervisory roles held.
