DSJ Global is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations for our client in the food and beverage sector. As part of this exciting opportunity based in Germany, you will be responsible for developing annual maintenance strategies while overseeing all CAPEX investments for the maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Capex Management/Investment
- Oversee all capital expenditure projects related to equipment upgrades or replacements/facility development or expansion.
Growing & Team Development
- Develop and grow teams internally, transforming their careers from professional to leadership.
- Work closely with production teams across multiple sites within Europe, ensuring all processes are standardised with regular meetings/updates to ensure quality maintenance implementation.
Maintenance Operations
-Over see all Predictive, Corrective, Preventative and Reactive maintenance plans. The goal is to ensure the sites have a preventative mindset to reduce risk of downtime and further complications.
- Experience with implementing PPM into current SAP formats.
Developing New Strategies
-Lead development initiatives aimed at improving efficiency rates throughout company-wide facility network
-Monitor trends/patterns affecting overall operational performance on ongoing basis with continuous goals of cost and energy reduction.
