For a major international food producer, we are seeking for a:
HR Manager
Location: China, Inner Mongolia
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations at the plant, driving HR initiatives and supporting our manufacturing operations.
- Work with business and production leaders to support all HR-related needs.
- Collaborate with international colleagues (Americas).
- Implement organizational design and talent development strategies.
- Provide HR leadership and general management support for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry or plant HR partnership.
- Proven HR leadership skills with general management capabilities.
- Good English communication skills for effective collaboration with international colleagues.
