Key responsibilities:
- Supervise all topics related to occupational safety and environmental protection
- Develop comprehensive HSE strategies tailored to manufacturing operations
- Participate in exciting company projects by advising on HSE topics
- Lead, manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
- Implement maintenance protocols to ensure excellent facilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments with robust mitigation plans
Skills Required:
* **Health & Safety Expertise:** Several years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing company.
* **Environmental Stewardship:** Your profound understanding of environmental protection standards will help minimise ecological impacts while complying with legal requirements.
* **Facility Maintenance Knowledge**: Overseeing routine checks and preventive repairs falls under your responsibility, ensuring smooth operation at every level within the organisation.
* **MS Office and CMMS*: Knowledge of using MS Office programmes and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) software.
* **Language Skills*: Fluent in French and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
* **Way of Working*: Detail-oriented, collaborative and responsible working.
