Responsibilities
The HSE Manager will be responsible for establishing a robust safety culture within the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the HSE team.
- Developing and implementing the local Journey to Excellence strategy.
- Leading cultural change and continuously improving the HSE management system.
- Initiating and guiding various HSE improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing risk assessments and monitoring action plans.
- Conducting safety training for employees.
- Supporting incident investigations and safety events.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in safety or a technical field.
- Extensive experience in a leading operational role.
- Proven experience with safety, environmental, and related systems.
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
