DSJ Global is partnered with a industry leading Food Production company looking for a skilled HVAC Manager to oversee and maintain the HVAC systems at our food and beverage facility. The HVAC Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all HVAC maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and costs.
- Manage the inventory of HVAC spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HVAC-related concerns and prioritize tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Train and mentor HVAC maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
