What You'll Do:
- Product Development & Roadmapping: Support the development of product roadmaps, driving growth and evolution within our EV charging portfolio. Partner with the product team to identify and prioritize features based on market trends and user feedback.
- Customer Interface: Act as a key liaison between the company and our customers. Gather insights from clients to drive product improvements, ensuring solutions align with client needs and industry standards.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and customer pain points to enhance our product strategy.
- Product Marketing & Launches: Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to launch new products effectively.
- Strategy & Performance Tracking: Collaborate on product strategies, evaluate KPIs, and track progress against strategic goals to support product growth and market success.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills in Product Management & Marketing: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and a keen interest in product lifecycle, customer journeys, and market positioning.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong communication skills, with experience interfacing directly with customers or clients, understanding their needs, and translating feedback into actionable improvements.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Passion for EV & Sustainability: An interest in the EV industry and commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions is a huge plus.
