Your Mission:
- Leadership & Strategy: Build and manage a high-performing maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Maintenance Excellence: Oversee and improve maintenance systems, processes, and reliability to meet operational targets.
- Project Oversight: Manage technical projects, from new installations to facility upgrades, ensuring they meet budgets and timelines.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training plans to enhance the skills of your technical team.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with production teams to optimise machine availability, meet quality KPIs, and minimize waste.

About You:
- Education: Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior technical or maintenance management role, preferably with international exposure.
