DSJ Global is currently partnered with a growing plastics manufacturer in the Seattle, Washington area who is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team. The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily be responsible for supervising the maintenance team as well as coordinating repair and maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:
- An ideal candidate would be mechanically savvy, enjoy solving problems and have excellent communication skills.
- Engages with production teams to ensure production mechanical needs are met.
- Monitors and maintains maintenance management database and assigns work orders accordingly.
- Investigates and reports on corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
- Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan maintenance activities.
- Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading or supervising
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience troubleshooting machinery
