A leading dairy company is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee production processes and plant operations. In this role, you'll lead and train experienced production professionals to ensure all plant operations are completed safely and efficiently.
The Plant Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production of all dairy products
- Supervise and train team members
- Set, monitor, and review all KPI goals with plant leadership
- Maintain and repair plant equipment when necessary
- Utilize LEAN manufacturing techniques / principles to drive continuous improvement within the facility
- Collaborate with department leaders as necessary
- Monitor product quality
- Contribute to a positive company culture
The Plant Supervisor will have the qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in dairy production environment
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of USDA / FDA Regulations
- LEAN / Six Sigma Certifications a plus
- HACCP certifications a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
