The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor oversees evening manufacturing operations to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role focuses on maintaining safety standards, meeting production goals, and fostering a positive work environment during the second shift.

- Ensures the timely review of batch records and any necessary corrections.
- Performs inventory transactions and ensures accurate tracking.
- Leads investigations and corrective actions to prevent non-conformance issues.
- Approves batch record expiration dates based on standard operating procedures.
- Drives process improvements for operational efficiency, team engagement, and productivity.
- Takes on additional duties as required for the 2nd shift.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills for meetings and briefings with leadership.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
