Responsibilities:
- Ensure that adequate resources are assigned to all project tasks and identify risks to department managers
- Ensure that all tasks are progressing as effectively as possible using time bound program timelines and risks are identified and managed
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to ensure communication and cohesion
- Apply the gate launch system structured approach to managing new launch programs through multiple production facilities.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of previous Program Management experience
- Bachelor Degree Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related
- Experienced working with Tier 1 OEM's preferred
- Experience in Integrated Manufacturing & Design
