About the Company

Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in the roll out of the Safety Culture Program.
- Manage the safety management system.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop safety plans.
- Verify compliance with HSE plans and conduct inspections.
- Investigate incidents and advise on preventive measures.
- Attend project meetings.
- Share HSE knowledge and lead HSE campaigns.
- Participate in HSE work meetings.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree level, preferably in safety engineering.
- At least MVK certification (HVK is a plus).
- Knowledge of occupational health and environmental regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Familiarity with VCA, ISO45001, and the Safety Ladder.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
