Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic procurement initiatives for project-specific requirements, ensuring optimal supplier selection and negotiation.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, driving collaboration for project success.
- Conduct thorough risk analyses and implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Utilise your keen analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Drive innovation in procurement processes, exploring and implementing new strategies and technologies.
Your Profile:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a purchasing role
- Experience in the automotive industry and technical understanding is preferred
- Fluency in English and German
