DSJ Global is currently partnered with a industry leading food production company looking to add a Quality Manager to their dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining the quality and safety of our food products, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance policies and procedures to meet industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the production process.
- Conduct internal audits to assess and improve quality control systems.
- Coordinate and assist in external audits and inspections
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, and any other relevant industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in QC/QA roles in a highly regulated environment (Food, Pharma, Medical Device).
- Familiarity with USDA regulations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
