Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and demand planning in the EMEA region.
- Optimise inventory levels and manage product assortment allocation.
- Collaborate with Customer Centres, Production, and Supply Chain teams to balance supply and demand.
- Lead regional planning activities and drive process improvements in line with global standards. Key Duties:
- Set and monitor inventory and availability targets for regional centres.
- Guide and support the regional planning team to meet inventory and availability goals.
- Build and develop the regional planning team through hiring and training.
- Ensure alignment with global inventory optimisation processes.
- Manage regional product assortment and stocking policies.
- Oversee adherence to the demand planning process.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a strategic planning professional with expertise in change management and process development. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work with colleagues across various functions and regions. Your analytic and organised approach will drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in demand planning and forecasting in a global context.
- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including distribution and inventory management.
- Strong people management and team development skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the consumables industry is a plus.
