Position Overview: As a Reliability Engineer/Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability of a world-class pulp and paper manufacturing operation by eliminating production-limiting failures, supporting and troubleshooting maintenance systems, and improving maintenance practices using advanced reliability tools. Your duties will include facilitating root cause failure analysis (RCFA), managing mechanical integrity programs, overseeing electrical power distribution tasks, and championing preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Eliminate production-limiting failures in the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance leaders to support and troubleshoot maintenance systems.
Enhance maintenance practices using reliability tools such as RCM, FMEA, and RCFA.
Assist with the implementation of capital and maintenance improvement projects.
Provide training and information to build technical skills within the workforce.
Skills and Qualifications:
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related technical field.
Three or more years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
