About the Role: We are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager for our airfreight division in Amsterdam. This role has been open for a while, and we are looking for either a junior or experienced candidate who is ready to take on the challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve airfreight sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the airfreight sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Travel abroad frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Set up and manage sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the airfreight or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Fluent in Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Open to learning and developing new skills.
