Responsibilities
- Drive monthly S&OP and forecasting meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead forecast development for new products and establish baselines for regular products
- Reconcile supply and demand plans to mitigate shortfalls and excess inventory
- Analyze and communicate business risks/opportunities, propose mitigation plans
- Maintain demand planning systems, data, and KPI reporting
- Plan supply needs and execute procurement from global suppliers
- Manage supply issues, including order/shipment documentation and pricing
- Facilitate intra-regional product transfers
- Manage inventory to meet service and fill rate targets cost-effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders on inventory analysis and SLOB management
Requirements
- Demand/supply planning experience
- Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supply chain planning systems (SAP, IBP, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new brand portfolios
- Participate in demand and supply planning projects
