Core Responsibilities:
- Trial, establish, and provide technical engineering support for new process trials and current production products.
- Optimize production methods, standards, tooling, and equipment for assigned products and processes.
- Foster manufacturing safety and efficiency through method/process improvements, ergonomic applications, and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with the materials organization to optimize material organization and placement using Lean Principles.
- Lead the introduction of new product and parts changes in your area, balancing work timing, processes, and manpower requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups in Engineering and Materials to develop manufacturing design reviews and process design development.
- Implement methods, processes, and equipment improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Utilize lessons learned to continuously enhance processes in your area of responsibility.
- Apply engineering standards and procedures in compliance with plant practices and policies.
- Analyze and improve assembly efficiency through observation, investigation, and critical problem solving.
- Identify opportunities for cost and manpower reductions through assembly configuration and improvement.
- Establish and maintain accurate production standards using predetermined time tools (MCTM or MOST).
- Train, support, and mentor NRV Manufacturing Engineers, as requested.
- Manage and implement engineering programs as required.
- Collaborate effectively with plant personnel to meet timing, manpower, and production goals.

Minimum Education Required:
- Associate of Science - Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science - Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering discipline.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- 5-8 Years of Applied Engineering Related Experience within a manufacturing environment (A.S. Degree- Engineering/Engineering Technology).
- 2-4 Years of Applied Engineering Related Experience within a manufacturing environment (B.S. Degree-Engineering)
