Title: Sr Planning Manager

The Sr Planning Manager Will Be Responsible For the Following:
- Develop and implement strategies for demand forecasting, inventory control, and replenishment, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory
- Hands-on leader for end-to-end supply planning, aligning demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets
- Contribute to the S&OP process by creating accurate forecasts and supply plans that support the company's objectives
- Lead and contribute to team, cross functional, and management meetings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and optimize inventory
The Sr Planning Manager Should Have the Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field required
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an inventory planning and replenishment role
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems effectively
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Computer proficiency on all MS Office applications including ERP & MRP systems
- MUST have experience in a manufacturing/production environment (CPG preferably)
This is a full time permanent position that will operate on a fully on-site schedule (5x in office)
