A leading food and beverage company is currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager who will focus on people, safety, service, and cost through engaging with leaders and associates. Develop warehouse managers and ensure safe, timely handling of products while maintaining facility security.
Responsibilities of Senior Warehouse Manager:
- Meet safety, service, and cost targets.
- Promote a safety-first culture.
- Develop managers and associates through training and coaching.
- Enhance associate engagement and retention.
- Oversee hiring and staffing needs.
- Improve processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Approve daily load operations and ensure timely truck completions.
- Monitor data to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards.
- Assist with union matters as needed.
- 10% travel for meetings/training.
Qualifications of Senior Warehouse Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years in warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and development skills.
- Knowledge of operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; warehouse management system experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- HACCP and PCQI certifications preferred.
