A leading Financial Service company is looking to add a Sourcing and Procurement Manager to their team. This individual will manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, identify risks, and execute all functions in the procurement process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to improve profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Develop and execute procurement plans and policies
- Ensure the company's procurement activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and scorecards
- Manage supplier contracts and agreements
- Oversee the procurement process from start to finish
- Develop and maintain procurement databases and systems
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with business needs
- Manage a team of procurement professionals
Qualifications:
- 6+ years strategic sourcing/procurement experience
- Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
