DSJ Global is currently partnered with Global leading building materials manufacturing company in the southeast that is looking to add a Director of Manufacturing to the team. This individual will oversee manufacturing of all company products and ensure effective and efficient use of facilities and staff, delivering product on-time and within budget.
Responsibilities of the Director of Manufacturing Include:
* Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
* Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
* Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.
* Works with senior staff on long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
* Develops annual operating budget and supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
Qualifications of the Director of Manufacturing Include:
* 10-15 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment
* LEAN/ CI Background
* Multi-site/ International Responsibility
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations
