As HR Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Serve as the 1st chair negotiator in union contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies that foster collaboration and mutual respect.
- Advise senior leaders on labor law compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations policies.
- Lead grievance resolution processes and guide teams in resolving complex workplace issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry best practices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in labor relations, with a strong track record as a 1st chair negotiator in union settings.
- Deep understanding of collective bargaining, labor law, and employee relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
