Job Overview: The Strategic Sourcing Director for Ingredients will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for a wide range of ingredients. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for ingredients that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for sourcing improvements.
Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, ensuring a diverse and reliable supply base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
Cost Management:
- Lead negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Monitor and manage ingredient costs to achieve budget targets and drive cost savings initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Risk Management:

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:**

- **Experience:**
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
