Job Summary: A dynamic automation and manufacturing client is looking to bring on continuous improvement talent responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the procurement and supply chain functions. This role aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain management software to drive process improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software.
- Lean Six-Sigma experience
- Power-BI and Tableau experience
