Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan and organize the procurement of various capital goods, such as machines, systems, and operating resources for customer or construction projects, or plant investments within the organization.
- Utilize your responsible and independent work ethic, coupled with strong communication skills, to achieve convincing results.
- Work collaboratively with an existing and experienced team to contribute significantly to the company's success.
Enthusiastic About:
- Finding the best commercial and technical solutions.
- Maintaining or exceeding budget targets.
- Implementation of tenders, creation of offer specifications, and negotiations for specified material groups.
- Creating orders and monitoring delivery dates and other agreements.
- Coordinating with various departments and production plants within the organization.
- Supplier evaluation and qualification.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive supply industry.
- Application-safe ERP knowledge (ideally SAP).
- Initiative, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and negotiation skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and good English.
