Job Title: Technical Procurement Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Procurement Consultant to join a growing multinational team and support our client's expanding operations in Germany. This is a fully remote position based in Germany, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere within the country.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more of the following procurement platforms: Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, GEP, or Jaggaer. You will work closely with the procurement team and other business units to optimise procurement processes, implement procurement software solutions, and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and strategic consulting services related to the implementation and optimisation of procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Jaggaer).
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and integration of procurement systems.
- Customise and configure procurement software based on client requirements.
- Drive process improvements, ensuring alignment with global procurement strategies while addressing the unique needs of the German entity.
- Deliver ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for procurement systems.
- Assist in training and development for end-users to enhance platform utilisation.
- Provide insight into procurement best practices and contribute to the overall procurement strategy.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience with at least one procurement software: Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, GEP, or Jaggaer.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with global teams.
- Experience in supporting multinational companies, preferably in a consulting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the German procurement and regulatory environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
