Validation Engineer

Our client, a global and well-known food manufacturer, is looking to hire a new Validation Engineer to join their Quality department. This is a permanent role that offers professionals the chance to ensure compliance and quality control within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Validation Engineer will be supporting one of the largest manufacturing facilities with our client, who is looking for an experienced hire with a pharmaceutical industry background for their API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) facility. The Validation Engineer will:
- Spearhead validation processes within a rigorous FDA/cGMP-compliant environment
- Generate and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and summary reports
- Apply expertise with pharma practices as they apply to food production standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality
- Develop the site master validation plan
- Perform risk assessments and impact analyses
The Quality Assurance Team Lead has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of validation engineering experience
- Experience in the pharma/life sciences manufacturing space
