A leading Medical Device organization is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal warehouse operations to meet customer needs on a daily basis.
Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager:
- Oversees overall warehouse performance.
- Manages warehouse projects to achieve corporate goals.
- Handles software upgrades, equipment installations, and facility changes.
- Prepares and monitors the annual shipping budget.
- Monitors SAP Warehouse Activity to meet customer requirements.
- Leads, trains, and motivates warehouse employees & conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Ensures compliance within the warehouse and supports organizational compliance.
Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of warehousing experience, with at least 5+ years being in a supervisory position.
- SAP experience.
