Join Lovol European R&D Center as Director of Engineering, leading the development of cutting-edge machinery. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, managing a team of 50 engineers across two sites.
Responsibilities:
Lead R&D from concept to production for new agricultural machinery.
Define product strategy and manage Multi-Generation Product Plans (MGPP).
Oversee global collaboration between Europe and China.
Ensure top-tier product quality, supply chain development, and EU homologation.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Your Profile:
Proven leadership in mechanical engineering, managing product development from start to finish.
Experience with global teams and cross-region collaboration.
Expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and quality standards.
Fluent in English (German not required).
