Responsibilities
- Manage the evaluation and upgrades of systems across locations, ensuring enhanced functionality and reliability.
- Lead end-to-end project planning and implementation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as staying within time and budget limits.
- Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet project and maintenance needs.
- Oversee budget planning, including preparing and managing the investment budget.
- Select, instruct, and supervise external service providers to ensure project success.

Qualifications
- Degree in electrical or automation engineering or certification as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering.
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, MSR, or process control technology.
- Ideally, experience in the chemical industry and knowledge of equipment for potentially explosive environments is advantageous (but not essential, as training is provided).
- Familiarity with EPlan or similar software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical, with a proactive approach to learning.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication in an international setting.
