Job Title: Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager needed to join a global healthcare leader based out of the greater Phoenix area. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining a work environment suitable for both the personnel and operations to function smoothly. This role will be onsite in a manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan significant engineering projects that include RCE documentation and validation activities
- Manage and oversee a team of approximately 8-10 people
- Ensure the success and quality of the project by managing project budgets and abiding by required procedures
- Establish communication with the Project Manager concerning risk that could impact overall safety or the product
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a field of equivalent technical skills
- 5+ years of experience in Nutrition, Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices
- Preferred, but not required, are the following qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Master's Degree
