Your Tasks
- Team Leadership: Provide professional leadership and guidance to a team.
- Work Process Organization and Planning: Organize and plan work processes efficiently.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, departments, and teams.
- Communication with Interface Departments: Engage in systematic and intensive communication with interface departments, especially the development team, to define necessary actions.
- Maintenance and Development of EOL Systems: Oversee the maintenance and continuous development of existing End-of-Line (EOL) systems for our customers.
- Service Operations Planning and Implementation: Plan and execute service operations.
- Technical Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose technical issues and initiate necessary maintenance and repair activities.
- System Installation and Commissioning: Manage the installation and commissioning of new systems.
Your Profile
- Vocational Training: Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Independent Work: Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Customer and Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Technical Understanding: A good grasp of technical concepts and contexts.
