Responsibility:
- Develop and oversee the overall business strategy and plans for the brand. Fully responsible for the company's profit and loss targets and business development.
- Redefine the brand and enhance the management level of offline retail stores in the current modern context.
- Initiate and supervise actions to drive growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and productivity.
- Establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate retail performance and motivate the team.
- Stay updated on competitors, trends, and customer plans, and adjust and improve retail strategies based on market changes.
- Oversee market strategy planning, build brand awareness, and drive business development.
- Have an in-depth understanding of shopping malls nationwide and a clear plan for store development.
- Utilize tools and resources to exceed business targets, including but not limited to annual performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in the apparel industry, with more than 5 years of commercial leadership experience.
- Passionate about fashion, innovative, and able to bring new ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sharp business acumen and leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business development.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese retail and new retail market, with extensive knowledge of sales strategy planning and management, retail operations, and channel management. Promote the integration of current retail practices.
- Knowledge of the competitive and retail landscape, understanding consumer trends; able to foresee the future clearly and create breakthrough channel solutions.
- Drive market and planning processes to ensure optimal execution of product launches, inventory, visual merchandising, and marketing to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ability to handle business issues, risks, and uncertainties; make correct decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Rich experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, operational development, and efficiency.
