Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Maintenance & Reliability program on-site.
- Guide and develop the team, fostering career growth and succession planning.
- Manage contractors and vendors to maintain plant site systems.
- Develop and implement strategic objectives and budget for the team.
Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years in Maintenance/Reliability Engineering/Management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in chemical plant maintenance.
- Expertise in industrial plant equipment, maintenance practices, and predictive technologies.
