The Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing advanced manufacturing equipment. You'll work with engineers, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth production operations while troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
What You'll Do:
- Perform and document preventive maintenance (PM) on stamping equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain robots, conveyors, tooling, and other manufacturing systems.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to diagnose and fix problems.
- Utilize welding, milling, and pipefitting skills as needed.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Ensure critical spare parts are available to prevent disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent failures.
- Provide technical support and expertise across departments.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or GED required (trade school certification or journeyman card preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine repair.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Extensive experience working with PLC systems and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with general office software and equipment monitoring systems.
