Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise freight forwarding operations across multiple locations in Germany. Key Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in freight forwarding operations, particularly in air and ocean freight.

- Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
