Plant CAPA Coordinator
Introduction
DSJ Global is a leading recruitment agency that is seeking a Plant CAPA Coordinator for our client, a food and beverage manufacturing company in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the plant's Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) system is implemented and maintained effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the plant's CAPA system is effectively implemented and maintained
- Ensure that CAPA investigations are conducted to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct CAPA training for plant personnel
- Develop and maintain the plant's CAPA procedures
- Ensure that CAPA records are complete and accurate
- Support the plant's quality system through the identification and resolution of quality issues
- Work with the plant's technical operations team to ensure that CAPA activities are integrated with other plant activities

Additional Information
This role requires experience in validation and design quality. The salary for this role is $115000.
