Position Summary
The Production Lead (3rd Shift) will support the daily operations of the production floor. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient use of resources.
The Production Lead will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the oversite production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource use.
- Mentor and mentor production and safety staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Minimize production downtime by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operational.
The Production Lead should have the following qualifications:
- High School diploma/ GED
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
