Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead global tender projects, analyze project scope, and propose launch strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals aligned with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for bid owners, provide technical support, and participate in customer meetings.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on RFQs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for procurement and organizational improvements.
- Logistics Analysis: Prepare volume analyses, benchmark rates, and validate response accuracy.
- Pricing Strategy: Coordinate pricing activities and ensure adherence to established selling rates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and oversee the RFQ lifecycle.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead meetings related to tender processes and support training initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in onboarding new team members and participate in business process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead stakeholder meetings and address challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing regional tenders within the freight forwarding sector.
- Proficiency in air and ocean transport, forwarding, and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
