Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ocean and air freight sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in ocean or air freight.
- Proven track record in sales, business development management, or key account management.
- Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
